My name is Hamid Bani-Hashemian, and I am the new owner of the hotel.

My family and I look forward to welcoming you back in the not too distant future, and we promise that although we are planning to update some of the facilities in the hotel, we are not in anyway looking to detract from the current “homely” and “welcoming” atmosphere.

We are however interested to hear if you have any comments about your past visits, by way of changes you feel we could make to improve the service already on offer.
