ASIA BUS 40 th ANNIVERSARY REUNION

This event brought together 17 members of a Group, who in 1968, travelled overland from England to Nepal on an old Leyland Bus. Many of the people who under took this adventure journey then went on to Australia. Some settled then, others returned to England or emigrated to far-flung parts of the world. Whilst most people travelled here to Bournemouth from Scattered parts of Britain, one person journeyed from Vancouver Island and three from Australia to meet up with long lost friends. 

Organised by Mr David Dallow of Wolverhampton this wonderful occasion enabled many of those aging over landers to meet up once again, to reanise about old times and fill in many gaps of the intervening years.

We are very grateful to the management and staff of Durley Grange Hotel for there Hospitality and provision of excellent facilities for this memorable event.
